When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the contact details, project information and files you choose to provide so we can review the work, respond to you and prepare a quote.
Service providers
Quote form details and attachments are processed by Resend to deliver the request and send a confirmation email. Our deployment and hosting provider also processes request data as needed to operate the website and form.
Storage and publication
Quote submissions and attachments are not intentionally stored in Sanity and are not intentionally made public. They are delivered by email for review.
Who reviews submissions
Project details and files are reviewed by the owner of BlackCoat Services when assessing and responding to an enquiry. Contact us before sending information that needs a specific confidentiality arrangement.
Permission to share
Only submit personal data and files that you own or have permission to share. Do not provide another person's information unless you are authorised to do so.
